This ultra-pure property gives it unique resistance to carburization and sulfidation in a high-temperature reducing environment, making it particularly suitable for key components such as heating elements and MOCVD reaction chambers in semiconductor manufacturing equipment that need to prevent metal contamination.
The crystal structure integrity of this plate is significantly better than that of ordinary pure nickel, and its residual resistivity (RRR value) can reach more than 100, showing excellent low-temperature electrical conductivity. This property, combined with its non-magnetic nature and low gas permeability, makes it an irreplaceable structural material in high-tech fields such as superconducting magnet systems and particle accelerator vacuum chambers. Its extremely pure metallurgical properties can also effectively inhibit grain boundary embrittlement at high temperatures, and can maintain stable mechanical properties for long-term service below 800°C.
