PPGI/PPGL Steel Corrugated Roofing Sheet (color-coated galvanized/aluminum-zinc corrugated steel sheet) is a composite material with multiple layers of polymer coating applied on a metal substrate through a continuous roller coating process.
Its uniqueness lies in the perfect combination of the mechanical properties of steel plates and the functionality of polymer coatings. PPGI uses a galvanized substrate to provide basic corrosion protection, while PPGL uses an aluminum-zinc substrate to further enhance high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, which is particularly suitable for highly corrosive environments such as chemical zones and coastal areas.
The corrugated design of this sheet not only improves the structural strength, but also effectively guides rainwater discharge and reduces the risk of water accumulation. The surface coating can be customized with a variety of special functions, such as self-cleaning coatings to reduce maintenance costs, high-reflective coatings to reduce building energy consumption, and even antibacterial ingredients can be added for food and pharmaceutical plants. During installation, the unique overlap design can achieve rapid construction, which can save more than 30% of the construction period compared to traditional building materials, while meeting the comprehensive needs of modern buildings for lightweight, environmental protection and design aesthetics.
