Product Description

C11000/T2 Copper sheet/plate is industrial pure copper with a purity of more than 99.9%. It has unparalleled electrical conductivity (100% IACS) and thermal conductivity, making it an ideal choice for power transmission, electronic components and heat dissipation equipment. Its excellent ductility makes it easy to form by cold processing such as stamping and bending, and is often used to make busbars, cables and precision electronic components. However, its soft material and easy oxidation characteristics (especially during high-temperature welding) require appropriate surface treatment or protection measures.


Compared with deoxidized copper (such as C12000), C11000 is better in conductivity, but its weldability and high-temperature oxidation resistance are slightly inferior; compared with oxygen-free copper (C10200), it is lower in cost and easier to process, suitable for applications with high purity requirements but limited budgets, such as architectural decoration, electrical engineering, etc.
