C11000/T2 Copper coil/strip is a high-purity electrolytic copper (copper content ≥99.9%) with excellent electrical conductivity (100% IACS) and thermal conductivity (388 W/m·K), as well as good ductility and corrosion resistance. Its easy processing characteristics (suitable for stamping, bending, stretching and other processes) and economy make it a common material in the power, electronics, construction and other industries. It is often used in products such as cables, transformer windings, PCB substrates, and heat exchangers.

Product Description

C11000/T2 Copper coi/stripl is a high-purity electrolytic copper (copper content ≥99.9%) with excellent electrical conductivity (100% IACS) and thermal conductivity (388 W/m·K), as well as good ductility and corrosion resistance. Its easy processing characteristics (suitable for stamping, bending, stretching and other processes) and economy make it a common material in the power, electronics, construction and other industries. It is often used in products such as cables, transformer windings, PCB substrates, and heat exchangers.

Compared with oxygen-free copper (C10200), C11000/T2 is lower in cost and can meet most industrial needs, but oxygen-free copper substitution should be considered in high-precision electronics or vacuum environments. It is recommended to tin or passivate the surface to prevent oxidation when exposed to a humid environment for a long time to ensure long-term stable use.
