Product Description
C12000/TP1 Copper coil/strip is a phosphorus deoxidized copper material. It achieves complete deoxidation by adding trace phosphorus (0.004%-0.012%), solving the hydrogen embrittlement problem of traditional electrolytic copper. It has excellent welding performance and thermal stability while maintaining high conductivity (≥98% IACS). It is particularly suitable for scenes requiring high temperature processing or reducing environment. It is an ideal choice for refrigeration copper tubes, heat exchangers and welding electronic components.
Compared with ordinary electrolytic copper (C11000), TP1 copper coil does not produce pores or cracks during welding, and has outstanding hydrogen embrittlement resistance. It is widely used in air conditioning and refrigeration, chemical equipment and marine engineering. Its good cold workability allows it to be made into various complex shapes, and it performs well in key components that require reliability and durability.
