Product Description
The material is available in three states: soft (O), semi-hard (H02), and hard (H04). The hard state has a tensile strength of up to 400MPa, while the annealed state elongation remains above 40%, perfectly balancing the conductive requirements and mechanical properties. It is an ideal choice for power equipment such as busbars and switch contacts.
C11000/T2 round bars show excellent process adaptability, and the surface can be precisely polished to Ra0.8μm. It supports a variety of processing methods such as turning, milling, and cold heading, and is compatible with connection processes such as argon arc welding and brazing. It has good corrosion resistance in atmospheric environment and fresh water conditions. The application scenarios can be further expanded through tin/nickel plating. Its 100% recyclable characteristics meet modern environmental protection requirements and are widely used in electronic connectors, art castings and other fields.
Compared with oxygen-free copper rods, it has more cost advantages while ensuring core performance.
