Hastelloy C-22 Plate is a high-performance nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy made of an optimized ratio of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten and other elements. Its most prominent feature is its all-round corrosion resistance. It can resist corrosion from oxidizing media (such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid), reducing media (such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid) and mixed acid environments, and has strong resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking caused by halides (such as chloride ions).
In addition, the alloy can still maintain excellent oxidation resistance and structural stability in high temperature environments (up to 1000°C), making it an ideal choice for extreme working conditions.
